Buyers, Sellers & You

This course is geared for members licensed 3 years or less.

It will prepare students to work with buyers - getting them approved, starting the property search and developing effective relationships as a buyers' agent. Students will, also, learn how to confidently approach a listing appointment prepared, how to list the seller's property for sale with disclosures properly completed, and address advertising, showing the property and making the sale.

This course (#GPBOR-203) is approved for 3 RI CEU credits by the RI D.B.R. and is offered as a cooperative program between the Greater Providence Board and Northern RI Board.
